  • For new clients, I always recommend a 3-month / 6-session minimum a it should be viewed as an investment in yourself that requires a certain level of commitment.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me. Failure to do so will result in being charged the full session fee.

  • My coaching work is beneficial for anyone who feels stuck or blocked and seeks support in progressing towards their true potential. You must be in a place where you feel that you can show up regularly, as consistency and commitment are crucial factors in navigating the path forward.

  • I combine mindset coaching with yoga and physical movement. Promoting physical and mental well-being, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering mindfulness helps individuals connect with their bodies, regulate emotions, and manage stress more effectively. Integrating yoga tools and other movement practices into life coaching sessions deepens self-reflection, improves focus, and empowers individuals to cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life.
